A 400-year tradition, born in the royal kitchens of the Nizam, perfected on the streets of old Hyderabad — and now, finally, in Calgary.

We didn't reinvent the recipe. We carried it. Aged basmati. Marinated meat. Saffron, mint, fried onions. Layered into a heavy handi, sealed with dough, slow-steamed for hours. The way it's been made for generations.
